The forest of Meudon

Covering 1,100 hectares, the forest of Meudon is the largest forest in the Hauts-de-Seine department. Between ponds, clearings and undergrowth, enjoy an escapade in the heart of nature, on foot along the signposted paths, on horseback (a riding school adjoins our establishment), or by bike (available to hire from the hotel). 16.5 km of signposted footpaths - 55 km of forest tracks - horse trails 32 km of bridle paths - 7 ponds for fishing 2 sports trails - 1 educational trail

Things to see and do in Meudon :

Just a few minutes from the hotel, stroll along the banks of the Seine. Discover an exceptional view of Paris from the Observatory terrace. Visit the Orangerie, one of the last vestiges of the Domaine Royal de Meudon, which in winter is home to the orange trees of the Jardin des Tuileries.

Culture

In terms of culture, visit the Musée d'Art et d'Histoire de la Ville de Meudon or the Musée National Auguste Rodin, or take a tour of the Maison de Wagner. It was in Meudon that the German composer completed "The Flying Dutchman"!

Sports activities

For sports enthusiasts, take advantage of the facilities at the Complexe Intercommunal Marcel Bec or the Club Hippique des Etangs de Meudon. In the heart of the forest, the club offers a wide range of equestrian activities (lessons and courses, rides, carousel, etc.).
