Our restaurant in Meudon-la-Forêt welcomes you to an elegant setting, combining history (Louis XIV's old pheasantry) and modernity, with an emphasis on materials and colours.
The Ermitage restaurant is the ideal venue for family events, weddings and seminars.
L'Ermitage is open Monday to Friday lunchtime from 12pm to 2pm & Monday to Thursday evening from 7pm to 10pm.
Sunday lunchtimes, discover our brunch offer: THE WILD BRUNCH.
We offer room service every evening from 7pm to 11pm.
Private tours are available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings by prior arrangement.
During the Christmas holidays, the restaurant will be closed from Friday 20 December after lunch to Sunday 5 January inclusive.
During this period, room service will continue to be available every evening.
An inspired chef
Our head chef Florian Nougue joined L'Ermitage last April and draws on his years of experience and taste for raw produce to share and create dishes inspired by nature with his brigade.
Florian has no shortage of imagination and creativity when it comes to surprising you with a menu packed with flavours, made from fresh produce that blends seamlessly with our location in the heart of the Meudonnaise forest.

Welcome to our bar, where the new seasonal menu has just been unveiled! We're delighted to offer you a wide choice of spirits from all over the world. Whether you're a fan of Scottish whiskies, Caribbean rums, English gin or Mexican tequilas, you're bound to find something to suit your tastes.
Our chilled drinks also take pride of place, with a selection of cocktails, beers and carefully chosen wines. Each drink is carefully prepared to give you a unique taste experience.
And to make your visit even more enjoyable, take advantage of our happy hour from Tuesday to Saturday, 7pm to 8pm.

The 2 Ermitage bars, located at the hotel reception and near the restaurant, welcome you for a convivial moment with family, friends or colleagues.
The reception bar is open every day, 24 hours a day (no alcohol sales after midnight).
The Ermitage bar is open every day (except Sunday) from 6.30am to midnight. You can enjoy your drink at the bar or on the terrace.
The restaurant's 2 alcoves can be made private. Each can seat 20 people, providing a privileged and intimate space for your meals with family, friends or colleagues.
